Our normal processing time is two weeks. This is the time from time of receipt of the original image to it being shipped. We will be sending out an e-mail to you when your print has been shipped, along with any tracking information that is available.

	We ship exclusively through Canada Post and Purolator, as Fedex and UPS do not provide automated shipping cost calculations from Canada. These two companies offer a variety of shipping methods that trade off price for delivery speed, and you can select the one that you wish on checkout. From past experience, shipping tends to take:

Surface shipping takes longer - but still not as long as Canada Post indicates on their delivery schedule. Please note when looking at that the shipping dates during checkout, there are two types of reply - when Canada Post gives a date - that is the actual delivery date, including our processing time. When Canada Post says one to three weeks, or similar, that is exclusive of our processing time, so you have to add two weeks. Sorry about the confusion - but its an oddity that we can't get around as its controlled from Canada Post. Also, we have chosen some options in the way we deal with Canada Post that give you extra choices to save on your shipping - but Canada Post persists on giving us all available shipping choices, even if it shows two where one is both more expensive and slower - go figure!.

Additionally, if ordering from outside Canada, please be aware that all carriers may collect duty at time of delivery, and UPS and potentially others collect a "customs fee". We have had issues with that on delivery of materials to us, so we wish to make you aware of that. If you have any questions about these fees, then contact the shipping company of your choice prior to ordering (the images above link to their sites). The last thing that we want is for you to be disappointed.
